Converter

You manufacture packaging

You run moulding, thermoforming, or assembly lines. We supply raw SargasFoam materials — foam slabs, bonded pellets, or liquid binders — directly to your facility. You produce the finished packaging under your own brand.

Common questions

Pilot orders start at 25 kg for foam slabs and bonded pellets. Liquid binders start at 5 litres. Sample kits (200 g per grade across 4 SKUs) are available before committing to a pilot order — these are dispatched within 5 business days of partner approval.
We are transparent about our validation status. Internal testing confirms ≥85% biobased content by weight. Formal EN 16640 biobased content certification and industrial compostability certification (EN 13432) are in progress, with Q3 2026 as the target. All current data is available to registered partners. We recommend sample evaluation before volume commitment.
White-label and co-branding options are available at Premium partner tier. This includes the right to market finished packaging without reference to SargasFoam, or to use "Powered by SargasFoam" certification marks. NDA required. Discuss with your account manager after reaching Active tier.
Standard lead time for pilot orders (25–100 kg) is 4–6 weeks from order confirmation. Volume orders are discussed individually. All active partners can track order status in real time through the partner portal. We flag any delays proactively — your account manager will contact you before an estimated delivery date is missed.
Yes. We currently serve partners in the EU, UK, and North America, with interest from Asia-Pacific. Distributor partnerships outside the EU are handled on a case-by-case basis, with logistics and regulatory compliance discussed as part of onboarding.
